Workshops, by definition, include work, but they don’t have to feel like work. They do have to accomplish some business goal, but when the time feels like play, people participate more and contribute longer.
I design workshops that educate about creativity, innovation and design thinking. Adding exercises to apply what they learn helps them to make sense of their new knowledge, and think about how they might apply this inside their organization. Facilitating a positive experience around this thinking, rewarding their accomplishments, prepares them to make an impact when they return.

The design of our workshops empower participants to apply design thinking to their role within an organization. These become the people that generate new ideas and solve problems within their roles and responsibilities.
Based in education, The Idea Guy workshops provide for corporate applications. Each introduce the concept of Design Thinking through experience, providing relevant examples to understand potential impact. Verbalizing problems create statements, and a planned experience with the process ensures participant success. In the end, each holds a prototype – proof of their ability to solve a problem.
