The WORK phase of the Innovation Funnel builds on the insights gained in LEARN and shifts the focus to solution development. During this design thinking workshop for Dental Insurance Company (DIC), participants will co-create and evaluate early-stage solutions using collaborative ideation techniques and generative AI tools.
Teams will develop low-fidelity prototypes, evaluate them using criteria like viability, desirability, feasibility, and impact, and prioritize concepts for further development in the next stage.
